Clint was named Top Volume Agent for GMAC in Minnesota for the years 1998, 1999 and 2000. In 2003, Clint was entered into the GMAC Crown Club. Clint has numerous other awards for his sales excellence.
Clint’s dedication to our area is indicated by his involvement in the community. He has been President of the Brainerd Lakes Area Development Corp (BLADC), is a member of the AAD Temple, and has been a director of a commercial bank.

Jeff Torfin – was born and raised in the Brainerd Lakes Area. As a successful Real Estate professional for the past 8 years, Jeff has been involved in hundreds of residential and commercial Real Estate transactions as well as exclusive residential & commercial development projects.
Jeff’s involvement in single-family home sales has been extensive including teaching “Home Stretch” for Central Minnesota Housing Partnership in Crow Wing, Morrison and Aitkin counties. Nikki (Watland) Turcotte - is also a lifelong Brainerd resident. Nikki is a Bemidji State University graduate with a B.S. in Business Administration, which assists her in all aspects of her life. Nikki began working in the family businesses at the early age of 11. Nikki’s experience with real estate started at the age of 18 when she purchased her first house. After getting it just the way she wanted it, she turned it over to renters, and took on the landlord role as she attended college. A year later it was time to sell and reinvest. This new transaction led to the purchase of three four-plexes. For the next four years Nikki and her father owned/managed these properties. We have found that telling Nikki once is all it takes to have a problem solved. Serving others is where she likes to concentrate. Andy Hayes - is another lifelong Brainerd Lakes Area resident. Born and raised in Baxter, his only time out of the area was while attending college at the University of North Dakota. After earning a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, he returned home to start a career.
